Bio Integration Solutions, LLC

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Bio Integration Solutions, LLC ("Company") and the participant ("You" or "Participant") upon enrollment in private coaching, The YOUniverse community, or any related offerings, services, workshops, or events offered through calltah.com.

Website Terms of Use

Before using or browsing calltah.com ("the Site"), please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site in any manner — including placing an order or accessing program materials — you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or any of our services.

1. Refund Policy

1.1. Refund requests for private coaching are only accepted within seven (7) days of purchase. No exceptions will be made after this window.

1.2. Tickets for live events, retreats, live or recorded workshops, and all other programs are non-refundable, but may be transferred once to a future offering within one (1) calendar year of the original purchase date.

1.3. Transfers: Only one transfer is permitted per purchase. Requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 days.

1.4. There are no refunds for discounted or promotional pricing unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. By enrolling, you authorize Bio Integration Solutions LLC to charge the card on file for your chosen payment plan.

2.2. Unless otherwise stated, payments recur every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.

2.3. A 7-day grace period applies to missed payments. After this period, access to materials will be suspended.

2.4. Participants are responsible for the full cost of their program, regardless of withdrawal or incomplete participation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Acceptance, Modification & Access

3.1. By using our website or enrolling in any program, you accept these Terms.

3.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates apply upon being posted. It is your responsibility to review changes regularly.

3.3. Certain parts of the Site or program materials may be restricted. If you access content in error, you must exit and notify us immediately.

3.4. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.

4. Safety, Consent, and Risk

4.1. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for monitoring your physical, emotional, and mental safety throughout your participation. If you feel unsafe at any point, you agree to remove yourself from the situation and notify us immediately.

4.2. Radical Consent: You agree to uphold verbal, explicit, and enthusiastic consent in all interpersonal interactions within our community or live events. Non-verbal cues or ambiguous responses do not constitute consent.

4.3. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks — emotional, psychological, relational, or physical — arising from participation. This includes interactions with staff, guest facilitators, contractors, or fellow participants.

4.4. Release of Liability: You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bio Integration Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and fellow participants from any and all claims related to your participation.

4.5. No Guarantee of Emotional Safety: We offer tools and support but cannot guarantee emotional outcomes. You are responsible for your own regulation and well-being.

4.6. Educational and Experiential Use Only: This program is not therapy and does not treat, diagnose, or manage any mental or physical condition. All content is offered for educational and personal development purposes only and is not to be interpreted as therapeutic treatment or a mental health intervention.

5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

5.1. You agree to respect the community, uphold boundaries, and avoid harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct.

5.2. The following are prohibited: abuse of any kind (verbal, physical, emotional), discrimination or harassment, use of illegal substances, unconsented sexual activity, and defamation or harmful speech.

5.3. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund and loss of access to all services.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

6.1. You agree to maintain confidentiality around all shared content and participant experiences within The YOUniverse community and any live or recorded sessions.

6.2. All content is the intellectual property of Bio Integration Solutions LLC and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written consent.

6.3. By submitting or providing content to our Site, email, or community platforms, you grant Bio Integration Solutions LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for any lawful purpose, including educational, archival, or promotional use.

6.5. Live sessions may be recorded for internal use, quality review, and program development.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

7.1. Bio Integration Solutions LLC may use AI-assisted tools to support program delivery, content creation, session summaries, administrative functions, and client communications. These tools are used to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

7.2. AI tools are never used to replace the direct coaching relationship between Tah Whitty and clients. All coaching, guidance, and client-facing decisions are made by a human.

7.3. Any session recordings or transcripts used within AI tools are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personally identifiable client information with third-party AI platforms for training purposes.

7.4. By participating in any program or community offered through calltah.com, you acknowledge and consent to the potential use of AI tools as described in this section.

8. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

8.1. Do not attend in-person events if ill or exposed to contagious conditions.

8.2. Alcohol and substances are prohibited during live event participation.

8.3. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, medical provider, or physician, we recommend informing them of your participation in any coaching program.

9. Third Party Tools & Links

9.1. We may use third-party services including Google Analytics, Facebook, payment processors, community platforms, and hosting services.

9.2. We do not control third-party sites and are not liable for their content or practices.

9.3. By interacting with these features, you consent to their respective terms.

10. Testimonials, Reviews, and Media

10.1. Testimonials and shared content may be used for marketing. To opt out, notify us in writing before or during participation.

10.2. Testimonials reflect personal experience and are not promises of results.

10.3. Photo and video footage captured at live events may be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided in advance.

11. Disclaimers

11.1. We do not provide legal, therapeutic, financial, or medical advice.

11.2. Your results depend on your actions and commitment. We do not guarantee outcomes.

11.3. This program is not a substitute for licensed care or professional services.

11.4. We make no warranties, express or implied. All content is offered "as-is."

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

12.2. The sole legal remedy is a refund of paid fees. You agree not to engage in public disparagement.

12.3. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

13. Jurisdiction & Severability

13.1. This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Invalid provisions shall not affect the remainder of the Agreement.

13.2. No waiver is valid unless in writing. Any conflict shall default to the latest version of this document.

14. Entire Agreement
