Who is Tah Whitty?

Think: Brooklyn in the 70s. Crack epidemic of the 80s. HIV crisis in NYC in the 80s/90s. Social unrest.


Slashed in the face with a boxcutter, told I’d be blind by 40 (I’m 54). Thirty years of insomnia.

I’ve seen some shit.

35+ years as a nurse, 23 of those as an ER nurse in New York City nights. Gunshots, overdoses, psychotic breaks, everything crazy you can imagine. That forged in me, a deep empathy and a very practical respect for human limits.

Patching people up wasn’t enough. I wanted to help them stop breaking in the first place.

So I added decades as a fitness trainer and coach.

Co‑created The Condor Approach around preparation and integration for psychedelic and transformational experiences. Co‑hosted The Psychedelic Coach Podcast. Spoke and performed on stages around the world.

Under all of that: one through‑line.
