What if I cannot make the live calls?
All sessions are recorded and posted within 24 hours. You also have persistent community chat access for dialogue between calls.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Therapy heals the past. Coaching pushes you toward goals. The YOUniverse diagnoses how your machine actually works so you can operate it on purpose. No fixing. No agenda. Just precision.
What if I join and realize it is not for me?
You can cancel anytime. If you are unsure, start at CORE. You can always upgrade when you are ready.

What happens if founding seats fill up before I join?
Pricing increases automatically once founder caps are hit. Founder pricing locks in your rate for life as long as you stay active.
Is there a refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Because this is a live, proximity based experience, we do not offer refunds on completed billing cycles. You can cancel before your next renewal and retain access through the end of that period.
You can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of your annual billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds on annual memberships because founder pricing represents a significant commitment in exchange for a locked in rate. If you cancel and choose to return later, you are always welcome back at the current rate.
